These files are located inside the LBA 2 executable file (both the .EXE, and the .DOS ones), and are used to display the Keyboard Configuration Menu.
Specification
Just like for the FNT24.DAT file, but they contain 256 characters, all 8x8 in size (so they have 8 row each, and each row is 1 byte = 8 bits).
